Responsibilities
- Assist with daily maintenance operations such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as changing filters and testing smoke detectors
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property and its grounds
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Assist in maintaining inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate effectively with other maintenance team members to ensure the efficient completion of tasks
- Uphold the company's commitment to exceptional quality and service
- Must be currently enrolled in a maintenance-related program at an accredited institution
- Understanding of basic maintenance tasks and repair processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and on-call hours as needed
