Requirements
- Previous work experience as a Porter, Janitor or Custodian
- Good physical condition, stamina and strength
- Solid verbal communication skills to interact with cleaning staff, technicians and customers
- A high school diploma is a plus
- Remove debris from all areas of the property
- Maintain common areas and keep them neat, clean and free from litter
- Assist with make-ready duties
- Assist with various physical tasks such as moving heavy items
- Help with landscaping needs
