Overview:
We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage reservations and cancellations effectively
- Balance and reconcile all revenue and settlement accounts
- Ensure the security of the property during the night hours
- Prepare reports for management summarizing the day's activities
- Ensure property is secure, clean, and well maintained during nightly property walks
- Prepare breakfast until attendant arrives
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in night audit procedures and hotel management software
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of front desk operations and hospitality industry standards
- Food handlers license
