POSITION:
Production Line Worker
HOURLY PAY:
$12.00 per hour to $14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Production Line Worker must be able to work production line as instructed and trained to do so. This may include:
* Recognize packaging, machine, line, or product non-conformities.
* Must be able to utilize proper housekeeping methods to keep work area clean and orderly.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regularly lift, stack & unstack product on to or off of pallets.
- Required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
- Overhead lifting/reaching.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Communication skills (must be able to understand all written and verbal work orders and instructions).
- Organizational skills (must be able to keep work area clean).
- Reliability and dependability (must work all shifts needed and arrive on time).
- Demonstrate safety, efficiency, flexibility, and willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the workday.
- Good and effective communication skills.
- Ability to follow all safety rules.
- Maintain an open and positive attitude while on the premises.
- Able to or willing to learn how production lines work.
