Key Objectives:- Digital Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- CRM & Contact Management: Manage and optimize CRM systems (bonus points for HubSpot experience) to support guest relationships, segment audiences, and drive personalized communications.
- Analyze & Optimize: Measure campaign performance through data analysis, providing actionable insights to continually refine and improve strategies.
- Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure consistency of brand messaging and customer experience across all digital platforms.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop and distribute content that aligns with brand goals and engages our target audience.
- CRM & Email Marketing: Oversee and optimize CRM processes to build and segment email lists, drive engagement, and improve conversion rates. Leverage data insights to create personalized campaigns that resonate with different customer segments.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop compelling digital content for Tony Foreman Co.'s social media, email campaigns, and website. Ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and brand voice.
- Digital Campaign Management: Manage paid media efforts across platforms, providing strategic recommendations based on campaign data and customer insights. Oversee media buying and negotiate rates with publishers and vendors.
- Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including ROI and KPIs. Continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to execute campaigns and ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
- Budget Management: Oversee paid digital campaign budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to meet business objectives and maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and consumer behavior to inform and adjust strategies. Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing and social media.
- CRM Expertise: Strong experience in CRM platforms (HubSpot experience is a plus), email marketing, and contact management systems.
- Digital Marketing Savvy: Proven ability to plan, execute, and measure successful campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, and social media.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and trends, and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve user engagement.
- Creativity & Innovation: Strong sense of creativity in developing fresh, engaging marketing content and strategies.

- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices for engaging audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM management, and campaign optimization.
- Tools & Platforms: Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email platforms, and ideally HubSpot.
- Content Creation: Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft engaging content and compelling brand stories.
