Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the companys Vision: Best place to work & Best place for our guests to do business and Mission: Build long term relationships with our associates & guests & make a positive difference in our community.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with professionalism; and ensuring work area is clean and inviting; explain available services and options to guests, provide choices with products in the store, such as auto accessories and/or car wash services. Have poise and integrity when handling guest complaints, and while assisting to provide resolutions to guests concerns
- Responsible for cash register, manage cash, and credit card payments. Reconciles cash drawer daily
- Perform duties in the store, by keeping inventory stocked, area cleaned, and ensuring all the equipment are in working order
- Communicate with leadership, and fellow associates regularly to better improve the store
