Performs work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road test vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Repair Work- Performs work as outlined in the Repair Order with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with dealership and factory standards. Road test vehicles when required or refers to the test technician.
• Communication- Communicates with Service Advisor about the status of the repair, to include additional work if needed. Must also communicate with the parts department regarding parts for the repair. Advises Service Advisor if repair work results in a change in the vehicle appearance or condition.
• Documentation – Must document all work done and recommended on the repair order
• Training- Must be current in all mandated factory and dealership training.
• Tools and equipment – Must maintain both personal and company tools and equipment.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• ASE certifications preferred.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years of related experience.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and distance vision.
