As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas while adhering to food safety standards and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and menu specifications.
• Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and knives safely and efficiently.
• Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza recipes or variations based on seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and cooking equipment.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking to management.

Skills

• Proven experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within the food industry.
• Strong culinary skills with a focus on pizza preparation and cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
