JOB SUMMARY:
The Meat Wrapper must provide a high level of customer service and practice safe food handling procedures and performs a variety of tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Stocks and merchandises both the fresh and frozen cases
- Prices products
- Ensures product's quality, protections, accuracy and proper rotation in coolers
- Rewraps meat packages, as needed
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements
- Ensures great customer service
- Maintains clean and organized pork rinds rack
- Keeps meat displays clean and presentable
- Stores cleaning supplies properly
- Advertises department products
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent required
- Experience working in a meat department, a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with IL Senate Bill HB2139 and state and local minimum wage standards.
