What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Picker position at Tony's Finer Foods Enterprises, LLC?
- Preparing store orders for shipment.
- Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipments.
- Ability to operate necessary technology including radio frequency scanners, computers, etc. as required.
- Loading and unloading products from trucks or containers.
- Breaking down and separating incoming shipments.
- Moving products to storage areas with the proper equipment and expertly stacking and storing the merchandise.
- Picking orders for shipment and assembling several types of merchandise to be shipped.
- Counting and verifying freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.
- Following Tony's Fresh Market policies and procedures, including all safety rules, requirements, and facility housekeeping standards.
- Having the ability to be able to work overtime as required
- 18 years and older
- ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack (training available)
- strong work ethic

- good communicator
- detail-oriented
- warehouse experience is a plus but if he/she doesn't have any, at least some retail background in stocking, lifting, organizing, etc.

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. *Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.
Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members.
