Truck Service Advisor - Electrical Truck Repair Shop

We are seeking a Truck advisor to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product, services information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

• Help customers with checking in and checking out process
• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and service
• Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process payments.
• Review customer accounts and report changes to internal staff.
• Record customer details and transactions.
• Serve as a link between customers and service departments in the organization.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
• Must have knowledge utilizing EXCEL / Googlele Sheets
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
