Tony T CDJR of Gulfgate is a family-owned and operated dealership that is growing, and we are looking for some experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead our sales team to success. If you are passionate about customer relationships, coaching a high-performing team, and driving sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team, implementing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience while maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Customer Satisfaction:

  • Drive sales performance by leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team.
  • Maintain exceptional CSI scores through superior guest interactions.
  • Conduct daily save-a-deal meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Assist in structuring deals for maximum profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Inventory & Merchandising Management:

  • Oversee new and used car inventory, ensuring proper vehicle selection and pricing strategies.
  • Work with V-Auto, VinCue, DealerLink, and other tools for effective merchandising.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly displayed, priced, and marketed online and on the lot.

Finance & Deal Structuring Support:

  • Work closely with the F&I department to ensure smooth deal flow and funding.
  • Assist sales consultants in securing financing and structuring deals that meet both customer and dealership needs.

CRM & Lead Management:

  • Actively engage in internet leads, outbound calls, and showroom guest interactions to drive appointments and sales.
  • Ensure all sales managers and consultants are fully engaged in follow-up and lead conversion.

Training & Team Development:

  • Conduct daily sales training sessions to improve team performance.
  • Mentor and develop sales consultants to exceed dealership goals.
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager with a strong track record of success.
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Knowledge of new and used car sales, inventory management, and pricing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM systems, V-Auto, VinCue, and online merchandising tools.
✔ Strong understanding of deal structuring, financing, and bank programs.
✔ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
✔ A hands-on, results-driven approach to leadership.
