As an Automotive BDC Representative:
- As a BDC Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and opportunities for our dealership
- Handle inbound sales leads and sales calls, effectively setting appointments
- Implement marketing campaigns to reach out to past and potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate appointments and support their efforts
- Maintain a process-driven work environment and demonstrate proficiency in computer and technology usage
- Expectation to handle 120 calls per day
- 8 hour shift
Job Requirements:
- We are looking for individuals who are driven, well-spoken, and passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences
- Appointment setting or telemarketing experience is a plus
- Proficiency in operational software such as VinSolutions CRM, Chat Software, and Email platforms
- Aptitude and desire to develop a solid understanding of Stellantis product information
- Willingness to adhere to the Business Development Center's "Policies and Procedures Manual."
