Responsibilities:
- Negotiate finance and insurance options with customers
- Manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Upsell additional finance and insurance products
- Provide expertise in automotive sales financing
- Adhere to Truth in Lending Act (TILA) regulations
- Handle financial services contracts efficiently
- Utilize basic math skills for financial calculations
- Collaborate with dealership staff for seamless operations
- Conduct credit analysis for customers
Skills:
- Proficient in negotiating finance and insurance deals
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Experience in upselling finance and insurance products
- Knowledge of automotive sales processes
- Familiarity with Truth in Lending Act (TILA) guidelines
- Background in financial services and contracts
- Basic math skills for accurate calculations
