About the role
The Global Product Marketing Manager will play an essential role in optimising the adoption, engagement, and strategy of our product features, for our B2C marketplace app.
You will report directly to the VP of Marketing Strategy & Operations and will regularly interface with cross-functional partners across Product, Marketing, Creative, Strategy, Operations, and CX.

An experienced, tenacious, and consumer centric product marketeer who has a deep understanding of digital consumer apps and passion for food and/or sustainability industries, has their finger-on-the-pulse of future trends, insights and need gaps, and is able to infuse data-rooted insight into strategy, decision-making, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Our new Global Product Marketing Manager will:
- Partner with Product, Data Analytics, Global Marketing and Local Marketing leadership on outbound marketing and advertising strategies, develop programs to drive consumer awareness, adoption, long-term engagement, and re-activation
- Work with Product and Data Analytics teams to generate actionable quantitative, qualitative, and competitive insights to inform product marketing strategy
- Drive integrated, go-to-market strategy working closely with cross-functional teams to determine and spearhead effective launch plans and communications
- Build product positioning and clear narratives for B2C marketplace app product features to ensure we’re delivering ongoing value for customers
- Partner closely with Product Managers to understand roadmaps, help shape direction for product features to optimise marketability, and drive a deep understanding in Marketing and Product teams of customer behaviour across all consumer business lines including surprise bags and parcels
- Understand TGTG customers and their connection with the product to drive new product feature adoption and greater engagement.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate brings:
- Significant experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or a related role within a leading digital consumer, app-based or marketplace-driven company, and a strong understanding of best practice and gold standards in Product Marketing.
- Proven experience in launching and scaling B2C digital products with measurable impact, with strong understanding of consumer mobile apps and the technology landscape.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and strong sense of initiative, with comfort defining their own workplan and managing priorities autonomously.
- A strategic, data-driven mindset with experience developing and driving analytically rigorous full funnel marketing campaigns, and sharing data within matrixed organizations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to remain agile and adapt marketing strategies in response to changing market conditions, audience insight, and emerging trends.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functionally.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to and influencing senior leadership with data-backed recommendations.
- Comfort working in an international context, with an understanding of cultural nuances, business practices, and market dynamics across countries and regions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Passion for sustainability and the Too Good To Go mission.
- Experience in Food delivery and/or B2C Marketplace brands is a plus.
