We’re looking for an exceptional Inside Sales Team Lead to join the US Sales team based in San Francisco.
The Team Lead role is a unique opportunity to help build a high-performing US Sales Team at Too Good To Go. You’ll drive impact through coaching, developing, and scaling a fast-growing team of Sales Specialists.
Skills and Responsibilities
- Coaching and Development
Ability to effectively coach on pitch, negotiation, & closing techniques
Lead by example (behaviour and sales ability)
Ability to articulate product or service features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively. This includes effective communication in person, over the phone, and in written form.
Effectively manage KPIs across multiple sales channels to drive performance
