A Print and Communications Company in Memphis, TN since 1864
has an opportunity for an experienced Sheetfed Offset Printing Press operator with 3 to 5 years in a 40" or larger press environment. Experience with Heidelberg Speedmaster 6 color or more a plus.
You will:
- Set up and operate the printing press according to job specifications and production schedules.
- Adjust press settings, including ink distribution, press speed, and drying temperatures.
- Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate counts of printed materials.
- Inspect printed materials for accuracy and proof match.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Record and report production data accurately.
- Must be able to work well with others and function with limited supervision.
- Work from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Wednesday, with the opportunity for occasional overtime.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
