Description
- The Dealer Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits of franchised dealerships on-site and remotely to ensure payments made for warranty claims and various incentive programs are properly supported by the dealership in accordance with policies. Candidates must be located within the locations listed above. This role will require at least 80% travel within their respective region but limited to the contiguous United States. Auditor will be working independently responsible for setting up weekly schedule and completing the required audit process.
- Candidates will work in the NYC/NJ or MD/VA area and will be responsible to travel to dealerships within those regions. Please specify on resume where the candidate is located.
- Bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working with dealerships.
- Knowledge of dealership operations and accounting, finance, warranty administration, and incentives are key for the successful candidate.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Able to work independently and be decisive.
- Possess independent planning and problem solving skills, and good presentation skills.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers including Word, Excel, and communication tools.
- Keen business acumen, strong analytic skills and tremendous drive for results.
- An emphasis in accounting, finance, or automotive technology is desirable
- Knowledge of dealership operations in the area of service and warranty
- Automotive technical knowledge
- Experience with al or external audit or in-depth policy review
- High energy and personal motivation with a consistent can do attitude

- Notes:
- This role will require at least 80% travel to dealers within the specified region Monday through Friday only.
- A company vehicle is provided along with daily meal expenses and all hotel expenses when overnight stays are required.
