Job Description
As a Front of House Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your friendly demeanor and welcoming smile will create an inviting atmosphere, while also communicating accurate wait times and making recommendations for our menu items.
You will be responsible for managing the flow of guests, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 16 years old and possess excellent customer service skills. You should be flexible and able to work long hours, as needed. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, exerting up to 20 pounds, and maneuvering throughout the dining and kitchen area.
You must be able to reach overhead, carry trays, handle hot and cold beverages, bend below the waist, and communicate effectively with colleagues. A clean and organized workspace is essential, and you must maintain high standards of personal grooming, including wearing a uniform and adhering to safety protocols.
