Job Description
As a Line Cook at TooJay's, you will take pride in creating Simply Great Food and delivering Simply Great Experiences for each guest. You will work closely with our culinary team to execute the highest quality food with speed and efficiency, using microwaves, knives, steam tables, gas range, char broiler, fryers, salamander, convection ovens, meat/bread slicers, check printer, kitchen display system, scales, automatic dishwasher and all chemicals safely and efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are seeking individuals with high school diploma or equivalent experience in a full-service restaurant or related field. Our ideal candidate is flexible and able to work long hours as needed, with ability to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 50 pounds as needed, and maneuver safely throughout the walk-ins and kitchen during the shift.
