We are seeking a resolute and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the repairs and maintenance of our facilities throughout Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, industrial maintenance, and facilities management. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to supervise internal and external team members, while ensuring that all facility systems operate smoothly and efficiently.

Overall Responsibilities / Not Limited to the Following :
Equipment and Maintenance Management
- Determine whether broken equipment requires repair or replacement based on condition, cost, and operational impact.
- Gather quotes for replacement equipment and negotiate pricing with preferred vendors to ensure cost efficiency.
- Coordinate delivery, installation, and setup of new equipment to minimize disruption to restaurant operations.
- Maintain effective communication with restaurant managers and area directors to address sanitation and maintenance concerns and updates.
- Oversee R&M current subcontractor, schedule prioritizing emergency jobs to minimize operational impact.
Analyze and enter subcontractor weekly submitted hours, adding detailed notes to assist the accounting team in classifying repair and maintenance expenses accurately.
