Position – Inside Sales / Customer Service
Responsibilities:
· Promote the Tool Dynamics organization full-time in a positive manner and the family of coatings and machining services that it offers, which will include:
· Customer Service - Provide an effective communication channel between manufacturing and the customer base to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
· Provide customer service/support to current customers regarding the coating process, reverse engineering, and CNC machining services.
· Manage and promote growth within territory and identify new business opportunities.
· Provide sales support to representatives in outlying territories
· Generate sales quotations and proposals
· Provide A/R support within territory
· Identify and pursue new customers/opportunities
· Qualify new customers
· Provide management with monthly sales and projected monthly / quarterly sales targets.
Typical Percentage / Split:
· 30% - Support production / engineering with work currently in-house
· 30% - Identification and development of new customers
· 20% - Communication w/new and/or dormant customers
· 10% - Support field sales representatives
· 5% - Quoting
· 5% - Other
Compensation Package:
· Competitive Base Salary – Based on education and experience
