One 7 Six is a military-inspired apparel brand founded by a Green Beret veteran. With a massive social following and a strong reputation in the community, we are now scaling under new ownership. Our brand embodies honor, grit, and commitment, and we take our identity seriously.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced eCommerce Operator to take charge of our brand’s daily operations, growth, and market expansion. If you have experience working with military brands or have served in the military, this is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company’s growth while upholding its legacy.
ResponsibilitiesBrand & Content Management
- Oversee and ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality social media content is posted regularly across platforms.
- Manage brand identity, ensuring all messaging aligns with One 7 Six’s core values and mission.
- Respond to incoming collaboration and partnership requests professionally and strategically.
Product Development & Design
- Assist in creating designs for product drops, including t-shirts, hats, flags, and other apparel/accessories.
- Work with our in-house creative team and print shop to bring product ideas to life.
Marketing & Growth Strategy
- Ensure consistent email marketing campaigns are being sent out to engage and convert customers.
- Oversee advertising performance, ensuring paid campaigns are optimized and driving strong ROI.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for new product launches and promotions.
Operational & Leadership Duties
- Manage product inventory and oversee launches to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Report directly to the owner, providing regular updates on brand growth, content performance, and sales metrics.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency, organization, and integrity while running daily operations.
- As the brand grows, take on leadership responsibilities, managing additional team members and helping scale the company.
Requirements
- Military experience or experience working with military brands is required.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including social media marketing, email marketing, and brand management.
- Experience with design and product development is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Honest, hardworking, and serious about maintaining the integrity of the One 7 Six brand.
- Ability to work independently while leveraging our in-house advertising team, creative team, and print shop.
- Experience with advertising platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is a plus.
