Social Media & Content Creation Manager
Location: Vineyard, Utah (No Remote Work)
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Pay: $12 - $18 per hour (based on experience) potential for salary & bonuses

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Creation Manager who can help us craft and execute strategies that engage audiences and build strong brand presence across platforms.
The Role
This position is perfect for someone who understands the power of content and social media. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence through compelling content, engaging storytelling, and strategic social media management. Since we operate in a startup environment, this role requires flexibility and creativity—you will be involved in multiple aspects of branding, marketing, and community building.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage content calendars for multiple brands
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Collaborate with the media buying team to ensure content aligns with advertising efforts
- Stay up to date on trends and emerging social media strategies to keep our brands ahead
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster an active community
- Assist in brand storytelling through video, photography, and written content
- Work closely with leadership to align content with brand goals and voice
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
- Ability to create and edit content, including short-form videos and graphics
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly
- Fast learner who thrives in a startup environment
- Must be 100% in-house (no remote work)
