**Position Overview:**
As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that orders are packed and shipped accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for printing t-shirts on a professional-grade machine, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Order Fulfillment:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all orders meet quality standards before shipping.
2. T-Shirt Printing:
- Operate a professional-grade t-shirt printing machine to fulfill custom printing orders.
- Maintain high-quality standards in the printing process.
3. Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
4. Warehouse Organization:
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Arrange products and materials in an efficient and accessible manner.
5. Communication:
- Coordinate with other team members to fulfill orders and maintain open communication regarding inventory levels.
6. Quality Control:
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet our standards.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred.
