Key Contributions
- Empower machinists with in-depth training on CNC operations and programming — mastery over Boring Mill, CNC Lathe, CNC Mill, CNC Vertical Lathe, and 5-axis turn/mill.
- Leverage your skills to enhance CNC machining processes in collaboration with the manufacturing team, targeting maximum efficiency and excellence.
- Utilize advanced CAD/CAM software like Mastercam, Powermill, and Solidworks to craft and refine CNC programs.
- Innovate by designing bespoke workholding fixtures for unique projects and lead strategic capital acquisition endeavors.
- Integrate ERP software for seamless job tracking and ensure comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering to pioneer tool and fixture advancements.
What You Bring
- Possess a High School diploma or equivalent GED.
- Over 5 years of expertise in CNC programming, showcasing proficiency in CAD and CAM software.
- Intricate knowledge of G-Code, GD&T, and blueprint interpretation.
- Proven track record in manufacturability & cost efficiency design.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving capabilities, accompanied by impeccable shop math skills.
- Experience in pioneering developments in manufacturing processes.
