A Day in the Life of a Project Manager

You are at the forefront of brainstorming creative solutions for challenging projects. You will lead projects teams and ensure they deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure projects in a wide range of contexts from roadway reconstructions and streetscapes in highly urban settings to signature trail projects in suburban and rural areas that highlight and enhance the natural environment. The duties of this position require the ability to coordinate predictable but highly complex processes to ensure the efficient progression of each project. Many of the projects under this position's review are high profile and of interest to the public, stakeholders, and elected officials. This position also serves a specialized role in convening and documenting the decisions reached through cross-Divisional, Departmental and Agency coordination through standing and special-called meetings. Toole Design provides a comprehensive training program to help you hone your Project Management skills while working for a company that is committed to supporting your career growth and development.

You will develop business relationships with clients and participate in business development pursuits in your home region as well as across our North American offices. Your job can sometimes be challenging, but you get to work with a close-knit team that is passionate about the work and the communities that you serve.
