Job Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals to conduct surveys at local financial institutions. The surveys involve evaluating merchandising and marketing displays, interacting with store managers, and documenting findings using a mobile app. This is a flexible opportunity, paid per project or multi-project basis, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills. All surveys must be conducted between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform surveys at assigned locations following a flexible schedule within standard business hours (9 AM–5 PM, Mon-Fri).

- Introduce yourself to the store manager, document merchandising displays, including placement and condition, while avoiding disruption to customers and employees.
- Conduct a short interview with the manager upon completion of the survey.
- Use a mobile app on your Android or iOS device to capture survey data.
- Submit surveys for evaluation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Wear provided name badge and adhere to the dress code: black top (collared for men), business casual pants (no jeans or shorts), and close-toed shoes.
Qualifications
- Attention to detail, methodical, and accuracy driven.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in using mobile technology.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned locations.
- Ability to receive and print materials locally in color.
- Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license).
- Proof of vehicle insurance.
- Willingness to adhere to the dress code.
- Availability during standard business hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5) and flexibility to schedule surveys within a two-week window.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete a video interview (via Teams/FaceTime).
Scope of Work
Surveys take approximately 30-60 minutes to complete and include:
- Reviewing and identifying merchandising and marketing display systems.
- Engaging in a brief interview with the store manager.
- Documenting findings through a mobile app.
Materials for access, leave-behinds, and name badges are provided. After the completion of three surveys, your performance will be evaluated to ensure standards are met. Approved surveyors will have access to additional survey opportunities monthly throughout 2025.
