Job Summary
Toolkit Services is looking for experienced 1099 subcontractor installation teams (teams of two or more) to join our network. We specialize in high-quality commercial installations for retail spaces, hotels, offices, and other commercial environments. Our projects include fixtures, graphics, signage, millwork, and more, requiring precision, efficiency, and a commitment to client satisfaction.
We’re particularly interested in small installation companies or teams of two that can handle local projects within their state. Occasional travel opportunities may be available. If you and your partner have the skills, tools, and professionalism to get the job done, we want to hear from you!
Duties
- Follow Toolkit’s dress code and conduct policies on job sites.
- Load and unload trucks to ensure safe and damage-free delivery.
- Verify all products against delivery tickets before installation.
- Maintain professionalism when interacting with clients and other on-site teams.
- Complete installation, assembly, or service orders as directed by the lead installer or project director.
- Conduct final adjustments, cleaning, and touch-ups before leaving the job site.
- Report any damages, missing items, or customer concerns to the project director.
- Complete punch list tasks as needed.
- Capture and submit progress and completion photos.
Requirements
- Installer teams (minimum two people) – ideal for small installation companies.
- Valid driver's license and adequate transportation.
- Auto insurance and required certifications (COI & workers’ comp or exemption).
- Experience installing and assembling commercial fixtures.
- Carpentry and millwork experience is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long hours, bend, and stoop.
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, sketches, and plans.
- Proficiency with apps, cloud-based services, and email communication.
- Commitment to job site safety – OSHA 10/30, Scissor Lift, or First Response Certification is a plus.
- Clean driving record – an MVR will be conducted pre-hire and randomly reviewed.
- Pre-employment and random drug testing required.
- Must provide and maintain hand tools (including a cordless drill).

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
