About the Opportunity :
This is a unique opportunity to co-architect a highly-functioning legal function at a high-profile project sitting at the interaction of several emerging fields. Working directly with the Chief Legal Officer, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our approach to the full range of product, IP and marketing legal considerations.
What you'll do :
- Drive development and execution of the company's strategies to address new and evolving global privacy requirements.
- Lead on drafting new and updated privacy policies across the full range of TFH's products.
- Respond to and manage privacy related regulatory investigations.
- Oversee the privacy policy safeguard life cycle end-to-end.
- Maintain subject matter expertise in new and evolving areas of global privacy law and regulatory pressures.
- Develop resources and tools that enable counsel across the company to provide durable and consistent advice on privacy issues.
- Drive high-profile and high-impact projects involving privacy analysis with cross-functional stakeholders across the project's business, policy, legal, communications, security, and other departments.
- Be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Be willing and able to roll up your sleeves and jump right in to support the team.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $240,000 - $265,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
