About the Opportunity :
The communications team at TFH is looking to grow and engage its community in Latin America.
As the LatAm social media lead, you'll be responsible for creating, scheduling and posting regional social media content targeted to users across Central and South America. This includes managing a content calendar and working cross functionally with internal teams (marketing, comms, ops, legal, etc.) as well as consultants to ensure a steady stream of relevant, engaging digital content. You'll also be responsible for using analytics to inform strategies and track progress.
When necessary, you may be asked to assist with global social media needs as well given growing global interest in the Worldcoin project. Social media channels in your purview may include X, Instagram, Threads, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Farcaster.
In this role, you will :
- Develop and execute a robust social media content calendar
- Create engaging social media content for platforms such as X, Instagram, Threads, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Farcaster
- Work closely with marketing, comms, ops and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency
- Monitor and respond to community comments
- Monitor emerging social media trends
- Track analytics

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $120,000 - $140,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
