About the Team :
The Devices team at Tools for Humanity is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of product NPI - from concept prototypes through manufacturing and mass production. As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll work on one of the most ambitious products of our time, and will partner with industry leading peers in areas such as on-device machine learning, novel cryptographic research, and economists.
You will help lead new hardware programs though NPI, partnering closely with industrial design, hardware and software engineering, optics, market operations, and finance. Your work helps to ensure that our new devices can be built at scale, meet quality and compliance standards, and are delivered on time.

Job Opportunity :
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with Tools for Humanity, you will :
- Lead the development and execution of program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Drive the transition from prototype to mass production, working closely with engineering and operations teams.
- Own risk management, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with optical, mechanical, electrical, and firmware engineers, ensuring smooth integration across components.
- Partner with supply chain and manufacturing teams to optimize production ramp and yield.
- Coordinate with compliance and regulatory teams to manage global certification efforts.
- Implement program tracking tools and dashboards to communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
- Utilize your leadership, communication, and organizational skills to make a significant impact across all teams.

Pay transparency statement (for CA and NY based roles) : The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $200,000 - $250,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
