Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee office operations, reception, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Provide administrative support to leadership, including document management and scheduling.

- Maintain personnel records, vendor agreements, and agency documentation.
- Support internal communication, staff meetings, and special projects.
