Toonen Properties is seeking a full-time Resident Leasing Consultant at our Appleton location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective tenants.

Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, greet prospects, and conduct property tours.

Adhere to company policies, fair housing laws, core values of Toonen Companies, and tenant-landlord regulations.

Explain policies, community rules, and lease terms to residents.

Address resident needs, including service requests and move-out procedures.

Conduct property inspections and ensure rule compliance.

Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of the property.

Support marketing initiatives to promote the property and attract new residents.

Requirements :

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in leasing or property management.

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (we pay for mileage).

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Must be organized, self-motivated, and energetic with a constant friendly, positive, and helpful attitude.

Toonen Companies offers competitive wages with a performance bonus potential of 2k-4k per year. Candidates with direct relevant experience in the property management field may start at a pay rate higher than what is posted here.
