Summary :
The Social Media Coordinator is a creative, passionate, and tech-savvy individual within the dynamic marketing team. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing engaging social media content that enhances our brand presence, drives customer engagement, and boosts sales.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Content Creation : Travel to designated stores and locations to gather creative high-quality multimedia content (images, videos, graphics, and written posts) for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter / X, LinkedIn).Social Media Management : Plan a quarterly calendar and schedule posts, manage day-to-day interactions, and monitor engagement to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone for multiple accounts / businesses. Keep up with National Holidays and trending events.Campaign Development : Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, giveaways, and contests.Trend Monitoring : Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze key metrics to assess content performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to drive growth on a weekly basis.Brand Storytelling : Craft compelling narratives to communicate Toot'n Totum's values, community involvement, and unique offerings.Community Engagement : Actively interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a loyal online community.Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing and business goals.Support and facilitate organizational changes, continuous improvement and communication.Embody personal leadership qualities through the following : Be in the moment to ensure authentic and humanistic interactions. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and interpreting social media metrics.Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Loomly, Capcut, video editing software).Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with attention to detail.Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across social media platforms.Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Effective critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills; strong business acumen and curiosity.Excellent organizational and time management skills; keen attention to detail.Requires rapid and thorough decision making and creative problem-solving skills, good judgment as well as the ability to accept personal accountability for areas of responsibility.Acts with integrity and professionalism.Experience with MS Office suite; intermediate to advanced knowledge preferred.Knowledge of retail, convenience stores, or food service industries is a plus.Education & Experience :
High School diploma or GED requiredAt least 2 - 3 years of experience as a Social Media Content Creator or in a similar role.Proven Digital Marketing Expertise : With a robust background in digital marketing, have a track record of executing campaigns that captivate audiences and drive significant business results.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, sit, talk / hear, push / pull, climb, bend / stoop, crouch / kneel / crawl, taste / smell, balance, twist / reach, carry, grasp with hands, squat, drive and use keyboard.Lifting Requirements : Lift / pull up to 20 lbs. and carry on occasion.Ability to hear alarms, communication equipment and verbal instructions.Cognitive Requirements : Basic or Complex reading, writing and math skills. Basic or Complex speech skills; must be able to speak, read, write & understand the English language, clerical tasks, memorization, analytical skills, function under stress & make independent decisions.Vision Requirements : General vision requirements in addition to close vision (20 feet), color vision and peripheral vision.
