Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Endodontist to join our dental clinic. Candidate must have the ability to perform complex root canal treatment and other endodontic procedures with precision & skill. This ensures reduced patient discomfort while promoting timely healing and high patient satisfaction. Must possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality dental care and have excellent diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of your patient. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, explaining procedures & post op care in a way that is easily understood helping to alleviate any dental anxiety. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, as well as educating patients on oral health practices.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health needs and conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Conduct various endodontic procedures, including but not limited to root canal therapy,
- Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Chart patient information and maintain dental records with accuracy
- Educate patients about preventive care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment options available.
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.
- Administration of general anesthesia and performing endodontic therapy on patients with compromised dental health and infections
- Creating and maintaining a professional appearance
- Pay close attention to detail when performing procedures
- Complete daily reports for each procedure performed while conducting tasks
- Maintain current knowledge of new treatment options, materials, equipment, and products related to endodontics
- Use the latest tools and technology related to endodontics during job duties
- Work well with others in a team setting, collaborate on patient care with other healthcare professionals, and communicate effectively with patients, clients, staff members, and coworkers
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental institution.
- Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
- Must maintain professional liabilily coverage with claim limit of 1,500,000. and 4,500,000 aggregate
- Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health and diseases.
- Familiarity with medical imaging technologies used in dentistry.
- Experience with root canal therapy and prosthodontics is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively with children in a pediatric setting is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff alike.

Pay: $150,517.00 - $217,236.00 per year
