Key Responsibilities
- Be the Face of the Practice: Greet patients warmly, answer incoming calls, schedule and confirm appointments.
- Patient Check-In/Out: Verify insurance, collect co-pays or payments, and ensure all forms are completed accurately.
- Insurance & Verifications: Comfortably work with insurance companies to confirm coverage and benefits.
- Take Ownership: Follow through on patient messages and requests, ensuring no detail ever “falls through the cracks.”
- General Office Support: Maintain a clean, welcoming front office environment—everyone helps, including the doctors!
- Social Media Support (Optional Bonus): If you enjoy social media (Instagram, Reels, etc.) and have a creative flair, you may also help with light content creation or posting on our practice’s social channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience & Attitude: Some front desk or customer service experience in a medical setting is preferred, but an enthusiastic, can-do attitude matters most. We can train the right person.
- Detail-Oriented: You make sure every patient need is handled from start to finish—no loose ends.
- Ownership & Initiative: If you promise to follow up, you make sure it happens. You see what needs doing and step up.
- Team Player: You’re ready to help, no matter what. If you see something that needs attention—like trash on the floor—you take care of it.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a Plus: Not mandatory, but helpful for our diverse patient community in Miami.
- Strong Communication: Comfortable speaking with patients, taking accurate messages, and keeping the doctors informed.
- Social Media Skills a Plus: Basic knowledge of Instagram or Reels is beneficial, though not required.
