Territory: Greater Tacoma Area, Western Washington

Description:

• Leverage existing relationships in dermatology, med spas, and aesthetic industries to achieve monthly sales performance objectives through customer service presentations and deep product knowledge.
• Provide territory coverage through consistent targeting and follow-up with identified prescribers.
• Budget and adhere to a sales plan to maximize personal performance.
• Maintain consistent communication with colleagues and leadership to improve the territory and meet corporate goals.
• Achieve high standards of professionalism and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by leveraging relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and tactics.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or medical sales.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus, and determination.
• Proven sales accomplishments and ability to bring a book of relationships to the table for personal use in the territory.
• Hungry and hunter mentality, personally motivated to achieve goals.

Compensation: $85-100k base salary (DOE), uncapped commission potential up to $220k per year, $750/month car allowance, gas, expenses, laptop, cell phone, 401k, and great benefits package.
