Title : Surgical Instrument Sales Representative
Territory : Greater Minneapolis Area.
Company : Global industry leader and manufacturer of advanced technologies for general surgery, neurosurgery and closure technologies used in the OR and multiple departments throughout the hospital.
Responsibilities :
Represent and promote full portfolio of surgical devices and equipment. Responsible for contributing to the Company's strategic objectives of revenue growth, market leadership and quality customer service through the sale of assigned products to targeted accounts, and the development of new customers in assigned territory. Aids in exceeding established territory and regional sales objectives.
- Sell to and service all Hospital operating rooms in assigned territory, working closely with surgical suite, surgeons, value analysis committees, IDN / GPO contracts, and internal business partners.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key distribution partners within the territory.
- Drive new business development to proactively grow revenue within assigned territory.
- Call on key call points at the end user customer (materials management, nursing, pharmacy, administration, etc.) in all existing and new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations providing solutions to potential customers.
- Compare competitive proposals and offer solutions to customers.
- Coordinate product evaluations and implementations for clinical staff.
- Assist peers with product evaluations and conversions.
- Communicate comprehensive and efficient sales reports to management as directed.
- Maintain weekly expense reports.
- Prepare territory forecasts to goal attainment.
- Maintain accurate customer records, call documentation, and written correspondence.
- Attends training sessions as assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
- Maintain credentialing within assigned accounts.
- Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual.
- Must embody the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Compensation :
65-75k Base Uncapped Commission $120-130k average (existing business on day 1) company car or allowance, gas card, excellent benefits, 401k, expense account.
Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
