Description :
- Taking territory over from Sales Manager, as an expansion territory.
- Ability to work closely with leadership to take over existing accounts and continue to open new business YOY as well.
- Calling on Hospitals Surgical Suite and Surgery Centers.
- Sell operating room surgical medical devices to hospital administration, surgical suite directors, charge nurses, and surgeons.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical suite staff, and purchasing departments
- Not on call
Requirements :
Compensation : $50-60 Base salary, & 85-1000K total 1st year, uncapped commissions, extra bonuses, car allowance Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits. YOY growth in role and compensation, Top Reps are earning over $300k annually in this position.
Salary : $300,000
