Description:
- Ability to work closely with leadership to take over existing accounts and continue to open new business YOY as well.
- Calling on Hospitals Surgical Suite and Surgery Centers.
- Sell operating room surgical medical devices to hospital administration, surgical suite directors, charge nurses, and surgeons.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, surgical suite staff, and purchasing departments
- No on call!
Requirements:
- 1 yrs experience in surgical device sales, Associate Sales Rep, or Surgical Case Coverage. Ideally looking for someone familiar with the operating room and surgical products.
- Proven ability to knock on doors, cold call, prospect and close new business
- Track record of consistent over quota attainment and solid sales achievements
- Someone driven, motivated, and can grow a territory
- Ability to travel
Compensation: $50-60 Base salary, & 85-100K total 1st year, uncapped commissions, extra bonuses, car allowance Gas, Expenses, and full medical benefits. YOY growth in role and compensation, Top Reps are earning over $300k annually in this position.
