Scheduler

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our growing cleaning business. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in putting together weekly schedules and ensuring efficiency to our clients and teams. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate well and use problem solving skills.

Duties

• Communicate with Clients : answer the phone, give estimates, and schedule them for preferred cleaning times.
• Check database and update information according to new incoming houses as well as cancellations that arise
• Send invoices to clients
• Make sure teams have supplies necessary for the week
• Communicate with teams throughout the day- answer phone calls and messages
• Instruct teams on any special instructions they need to know for their schedule that day and speak to them as needed throughout the day
• Calculate routes of the teams, so they are able to finish on time
• Check which teams should do which house and client preferences
• Consider client preferences for days and times
• Accommodate clients who need to reschedule or change times
• Watch over the teams throughout the day to make sure they are on time
• Keep track of complaints through logs
• Keep track of all clients that come in and out through spreadsheet
• Follow up with clients that reached out to us before
• Check yelp and reply to new clients reaching out
• Always check voicemails
• Send review requests to client

Experience

• Must speak English AND Spanish OR Portuguese
• Must have permission to work in the US
• Previous scheduling experience (preferred)
• Previous office experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
