CAST MEMBER
Job Summary
Sky Pirates of Mermaid Bay is looking for highly energetic and fun-loving Cast Members to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong personality with the ability to create magical experiences for our guests. Comfortability creating relationships with guests as a character is crucial to success in this role.
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional guest service through open ended and engaging questions.
- Provide character specific feedback to guests based on their questions.
- Portray their assigned character at all times.
- Maintain a friendly and outgoing attitude.
- Memorize scripts and practice their role in order to better serve guests.
- Create exciting and memorable moments for guests to further our mission of creating OMG experiences.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the Sky Pirates story.
- Promote other elements of Sky Pirates through conversation such as face painting and balloon art.
Qualifications
- Must be comfortable working with children and adults of all ages.
- Punctual
- Friendly and upbeat personality
- Must be ready to maintain a polished appearance, including appropriate costume, hair, and makeup.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Prior performance, cosplay or improvisational experience preferred.
- Singing ability preferred but not required.
Salary : $16 - $18
