Job Overview
We are a leading manufacturer of precision die castings, and our maintenance department plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and other facility needs throughout the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failure and ensure optimal performance
- Dismantle and reassemble machines and equipment, following specifications and blueprints, using precision measuring instruments and hand tools
- Clean and lubricate machine parts, using rags, brushes, and grease guns
- Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
- Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, pumps, cylinders, and related equipment
- Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment
Working Conditions
This position operates in a factory environment, with exposure to shop elements such as heat, noise, dust, fumes, and odors. You will also work in close proximity to molten metal and possibly open flames. Due to the nature of the work, you will also be subject to extreme heat in the summer.

Qualifications
