TopDocs is seeking a Nurse Practitioner interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in post-acute and long-term care at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This position will serve the Lynchburg, VA area. New Grads are Welcome!
Responsibilities : Start date : ASAP
- Six (6) month contract
- Full-time Contract
- 2-3 days / week (8a-5p)
- Required : Med Management / Screening / Stabilization for inpatient Psy Patients; treating anxiety / depression
- Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients
- Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
- ADC 20-22 patients / day
- EMR : Gehrimed; Facility uses Point Click Care; training provided
- Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.
