We are seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in a post-acute and long-term care facility. This Contract-to-Perm opportunity allows you to service the geriatric population by delivering the best patient care possible.
Location : Emporia, VA
Start date : As soon as credentialed
Length of Contract : 6 months with a perm option
Work Schedule : 5 days a week, Monday-Friday
Patient Volume : 22 to 25 patients per day
Practice Setting Inpatient, Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility
Patient Population Geriatric
Certifications Required Valid Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant certification in the state of Virginia
DEA Virginia DEA required
EMR Gherimed / Point Click Care
Vaccination requirement Yes. Must be full vaccinated
Pay : $70-75 / hr (Housing and transportation package available if needed)
Salary : $70 - $75
