Are you a skilled carpenter or laborer with a passion for real estate transformation? ABC Construction is seeking a motivated and reliable Real Estate Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the completion of various construction projects, including residential, commercial, and multifamily properties. From fixing and flipping houses to finalizing large-scale renovations, your craftsmanship will bring our projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall installation, cabinetry, and trim work.
- Assist with demolition, repairs, and installations as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
- Work on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and multifamily properties.
- Perform all tasks required to bring fix-and-flip houses to completion.
Skills
- Proficiency in heavy lifting techniques and physical stamina for demanding tasks.
- Experience with concrete forming processes is highly desirable.
- Strong carpentry skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry, including knowledge of tile laying techniques.
- Ability to fabricate various structures using wood and other materials effectively.
- General maintenance person skills that can be applied across multiple tasks on-site.
- Understanding of construction site operations and safety regulations.
- Competence in performing roofing tasks as part of broader construction projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in carpentry or general labor within the construction industry.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
