Assistant to join our Finance and HR team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Finance and HR
Assistant. This role will handle a variety of tasks including data entry, record keeping,
scheduling, and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry and verification for both the Finance and HR Departments.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication with candidates.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to Finance and HR matters.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. - Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented and accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Drive, G-Mail).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to travel up to 45 miles; this is not a requirement but preferred
