What are the responsibilities and job description for the Snow Removal Worker position at Top Flight Maintenance?
We are seeking dedicated Snow Removal Workers to be an essential part of our winter operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our properties remain safe and accessible by assisting with snow removal tasks such as shoveling, de-icing, and applying ice melt. This seasonal position requires flexibility to work during early morning hours and throughout snow events, often with shifts beginning before dawn.
Qualifications:
- Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during snow events
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Physical capability to lift and carry heavy loads, shovel snow, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Prior experience with snow removal (shoveling, de-icing) is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in harsh winter weather, including snow, ice, and cold temperatures
- Team-oriented, dependable, and attentive to detail.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance:
Authorized to work in the United States.
Additional Information:
This is a seasonal position with a pay rate ranging from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
Pay range is based on experience, with consideration given to prior work in snow removal and proficiency in operating heavy equipment. Experience with trucks equipped with plow blades, skid steers with snow removal attachments, Snow Rhinos, Snowrators, or mowers with blade attachments will be factored into the offered pay rate.
