Top Flite Financial is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support our Georgia branch. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing all aspects of the marketing strategy, including both digital and traditional marketing campaigns across various channels.
Responsibilities:
- Work one-on-one with a set of Loan Originators to develop and implement marketing plans
- Develop and maintain branch specific marketing materials.
- Manage CRM communications and analytics to optimize outreach to the current database.
- Manage social media accounts including creation of content, posting and reporting out on results
- Generate ideas for creative marketing campaigns and promote brand awareness
- Review customer and agent surveys received through our review vendor and ensure the experiences of customers and agents are included in marketing materials as appropriate.
- Ensure all reviews are responded to in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and verify that all requested advertising meets company and federal guidelines and all internal processes are followed.
- Assist the team with event planning including lunch and learns and open house events, host marketing training events as requested.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including real estate agents and other referral sources.
- Have regular check-ins with assigned Loan Originators to discuss marketing campaign strategies and results
- Review Loan Originator social media accounts for compliance with company and federal guidelines and manage those accounts
- Support the branch with administrative activities including lead tracking and follow-up and support customer communication as needed inclusive of answering phones and greeting office visitors.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data, create reports is preferred
- 1-2 years of equivalent work experience is desired but will train the right candidate
- Experience with Canva or other design software is desired
- Experience in the real estate or mortgage industry is highly desired
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
